Job Description:

In-house Senior Tax Manager. Comprehensive advisory and tax compliance services.

Provide regularity representation and tax provisions preparation and review. Multidisciplinary team providing wide range of tax services to SEC clients. Train staff.

Job Requirements:

BS/BA in accounting. JD required. LLM a plus.

2 positions:

10+ years experience in either accounting firm, corporation or law firm.

4+ years experience in either accounting firm, corporation or law firm.

Corporate taxation, consolidations and partnership experience required.

Basic knowledge of Interstate Tax Issues Public company exposure.

Working familiarity with FAS 109.

Helpful Experience: manufacturing, distribution, retail, information technology entertainment, communication.
