Responsibilities:
- Provide the leadership and subject matter expertise to expand an existing tax practice for this top tier law firm.
- Provide legal expertise in solving client concerns.
Job Requirements:
- JD plus 4-6 years of U.S. and international tax experience with an emphasis on transactions and planning.
- Large law firm experience.
- Must be admitted to practice in New York.
- Experience dealing with Fortune 1000 companies.
- Experience managing and closing complex transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Have outstanding writing skills.
