Compensation: $140-$170K Plus Bonus

Job Description:
Major leader of transportation infrastructure seeks experienced Project Managers.
We seek candidates with experience in project finance in infrastructure in the transportation sector. Candidates will participate in all phases of the bidding process including marketing, development of key relationships with appropriate agencies and consortium team members, proposals, research, financial analysis, structuring financial transactions, and industry association participation. Develop and manage junior staff. Work on large scale infrastructure advisory transactions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; Civil engineering degree desirable in combination with formal financial education or financial experience.
- 10+ years experience either in a construction or engineering environment with progressive experience including project management; or a financial organization providing capital for public or private infrastructure.
- Must have knowledge of infrastructure construction, project management experience and financial skills to measure the financial efficiency and returns of project investments.
- Experience developing proposals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop and manage key relationships.
- Experience managing staff.
