We are seeking a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager / Economist for our global professional services clients.
Job Requirements:
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD)
- Extensive experience in transfer pricing practices and related law
- 6 - 8 years of direct experience in transfer pricing
- Big 4, consulting or law firm employment
- 2 years of Senior Manager experience
- Prior lead role in audit defense - IRS dispute resolution
- Advanced Pricing Agreement (APA) development
- Planning and restructuring experience
- Prior project management experience
- M&A involvement
- R&D experience
- Intangibles / Intellectual property
- Lead role in International client engagements
- Able to manage multiple engagements
- Proven record in leading teams
- Business development skills
