Job Requirements:
- Senior Environmental Attorney with 10+ years, SEQCRA and Brownfield’s Law experience; ideal candidate will have Long Island or New York practice experience.
- Land Use Attorney with 4-6 years experience on Long Island.
- Real Estate Attorneys should have 5+ years of commercial real estate transactions (purchases, sales and mortgages, leasing, financing, zoning, land use and coop/condo plans a plus).
- NY Bar.
- Previous top firm training.
- Excellent writing and academic credentials.
