International Investment Advisory Firm Seeks Senior Director for its Transfer Pricing Practice.
- Key practice member
- Able to generate business from financial services sector
- Well-rounded dynamic individual
- Self-starter, proactive individual
- Comfortable giving presentations and speaking engagements
- Involved in all aspects of the deal process
Job Requirements:
- 8 + years of transfer pricing experience.
- Previous experience as a senior manager or director at a CPA firm, law firm, or consulting firm.
- Significant prior involvement with financial services clients.
- Has structured defensible cost-sharing arrangements among related parties.
- Created Advance Pricing Agreements and prepared for IRS negotiations.
- Prior involvement with cost reduction initiatives.
- Compliance involvement.
- Demonstrated ability to do business development.
