Top tier international law firm seeks a senior associate (Attorney) with transfer pricing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the leadership and subject matter expertise to expand an existing tax practice for this top tier law firm.
- Provide legal expertise in solving client concerns.
Job Requirements:
- JD plus 5-7 years of U.S. and international tax experience with an emphasis on transfer pricing
- Prior large law firm experience
- Experience dealing with Fortune 1000 companies
- Experience managing and closing complex transactions
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Have outstanding writing skills
