Prestigious international law firms seek mid to senior level Attorneys with experience in U.S. Securities for their growing practices in Hong Kong. Great pay and benefits and relocation!
Job Requirements:
- 3-6 years, 7 plus experience; general corporate, commercial and securities experience at an international law firm or international corporation.
- J.D. required; excellent academic credentials.
- Experience including most or all of the following: M&A, international equity, debt offerings, including SEC registered, Rule 144A and Reg S transactions, derivatives, private equity.
- Mandarin language skills preferred.
