Job Description:
Tax Manager sought to file State and Local Tax returns, estimates and extensions.
The Tax Manager will be responsible for filing on state and local tax returns, estimates and extensions. He/she will support tax controversy team on state tax audits. Monitor state tax legislation and judicial action and provide advice to state tax planning management relating to changes in business structure and operations. Maintain and update state tax calculations related to quarterly and annual tax provisions. Assist in periodic calculation of federal taxable income. Assist in improving business processes for state tax planning, accounting and reporting.
Job Requirements:
- CPA and Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 5+ years of corporate state and local tax experience.
