Prestigious professional services firm seeks Director of Risk Management to advise Banking & Capital Markets sector.
A prestigious professional services firm seeks a Director of Risk Management to consult clients in the banking and capital markets industry, and develop enterprise-wide risk management and measurement solutions for all key financial risks. He or she will evaluate areas including market risk, credit risk and operational risk, and develop, enhance and implement risk methodologies, controls and measurement tools. The Director will assess credit risks due to current credit market changes such as new credit structures and market volatility, and implement risk processes to mitigate credit risk exposure.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business; MBA preferred, or other related Master’s degree.
- Minimum of 10 years experience consulting or audit experience in the financial services industry; Big 4 experience desired.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading products.
- Excellent project management and execution experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous client interface management experience.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
