Job Description:
Global investment banking firms seeking project finance professionals for origination, structuring, transactions.
We seek candidates with experience in structured and project finance to meet the increased demand from our global investment banking clients. Candidates will establish and maintain relationships in the U.S. and Latin America. Prepare and present term sheets for project finance transactions. Negotiate term sheets and credit documents. Work on large scale infrastructure advisory transactions. Originate, structure and execute deals. Of interest will be power, utilities, oil, gas, energy, alternative energy, roads, dams, airports.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years investment banking experience in structured and project finance in infrastructure.
- Some positions require contacts in Latin America.
- Ability to speak Spanish is highly desired and preferred.
