Global Consulting Firm Seeks Principal Transfer Pricing.
Responsibilities:
Our client is a leading global consulting firm that has an immediate need for a Principal level individual. Very competitive base salary plus highly leveraged bonus component.
Job Requirements:
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD)
- Extensive experience in transfer pricing practices
- Business development successes and book of business
- 12-14 years of direct experience in transfer pricing from a Big 4 or corporate environment
- Prior lead role in audit defense and APA development
- Planning and restructuring
- Prior large project management
- M&A experience
- Intangibles / Intellectual property
- Comparables
- Valuations
- Previous International client / engagements
- Financial services experience a big plus
