Job Description:
Provide the leadership and subject matter expertise to expand an existing transfer pricing practice.
Responsibilities:
- Generate transfer pricing revenue through business development activities
- Provide strategic leadership to the practice
- Provide transfer pricing expertise in solving client concerns
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience managing a large professional services organization
- Advanced degree needed
- Demonstrated business development successes
- Experience dealing with Fortune 500 companies
- Extensive knowledge of transfer pricing including:
Competent authority
Planning
Compliance
Controversy
APA negotiation
Litigation
Cost Sharing Agreements
