Job Description:
Manager/Senior Manager of Internal Audit sought to lead and manage client engagements for Enterprise Risk Management.
The Manager/Senior Manager will lead and manage multiple client engagements in a variety of industries. He or she will manage project teams to ensure quality of deliverables and provide technical guidance. Responsibilities include proposal writing, business development, assisting in the training of staff and clients, and playing key role in client relationships and communication.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or related field; CPA or CIA required.
- Minimum of 7 years experience including Internal Auditing and client services with client interfacing.
- Strong technical skills in accounting and internal auditing standards and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of PCAOB standards regarding compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
- Strong knowledge of business process mapping, documentation, validation of process risks and controls.
- Experience testing, evaluating, designing effective business controls.
- Strong project management and communications skills.
