Job Description:
Fashion Jewelry Store Manager needed for Midtown Manhattan Retailer. The Store Manager must be able to develop, maintain clientele and actively promote current company programs to both current and potential customers.
The Manager must be able to provide leadership to the sales team to enhance the sales and profit of the store, holding associates accountable for their sales performance and behavior on the selling floor while delivering exceptional service, establishing, maintaining and enhancing a professional relationship with staff and customers.
Job Requirements:
- Must have fashion jewelry store management and inventory control experience.
- Must be a sales-driven and goal oriented leader with excellent people skills to build and attract the best sales team to present and sell fashion jewelry.
- Must have 5-7 years of selling experience, fashion jewelry experience preferred.
- Must be a retail sales-driven, goal-oriented player with excellent people skills.
- Assist in all facets of store operations.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with store staff and customers.
- Capable of assisting with the development and marketing of the store’s merchandising programs.
