Prestigious regional CPA firm seeks Partner of Litigation/Valuation Services.
Our client, a prestigious regional CPA firm, seeks a Partner for their Litigation and Valuation Services Practice. This established practice provides litigation support services, insolvency and asset recovery services, and business valuation expertise to corporations, professional practices and family partnerships.
As a Partner, you will work with a team of knowledgeable consultants on a wide range of engagements including asset acquisition, strategic growth planning, debtor and creditor bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court restructuring, shareholder disputes, estate and gift valuations, buy/sell agreements, liquidations. Firm offers excellent work/life balance, global support and expertise, superior peer review, and firm expansion.
Job Requirements:
- CPA and ABV certifications. MBA preferred.
- Must have at least 4 years experience as a Partner of a public accounting firm.
- Must have significant experience in business valuation and litigation support services.
