International Tax Manager
Compensation: $110K-130K base on experience + a performance bonus

Job Description:
Fortune 1000 public company seeks In-house International Tax Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Focus approximately 80% on corporate restructuring and international tax planning related issues and approximately 20% on tax compliance issues.
- Provide reviews of complex international tax matters to senior management.
- Interact with appropriate departments to gather data for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Represent the international tax function at corporate taskforces.
- Interface with and support other tax functions and corporate business teams.
- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
- 7 years of international tax experience of which 4–5 years represent restructuring/planning experience.
- Prior international tax experience in a large multinational corporation or law firm.
- Master’s in taxation, LLM in taxation or JD.
- Strong background in FAS109 and FIN48 analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities in a fast-paced, results oriented team environment.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are imperative.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently spot, research and analyze complex international tax issues.
- Ability to travel internationally to various company locations 2 to 3 times a year.
- Ability to communicate issues and conclusions effectively both in writing and orally.
