- JD/LLM
- 13+ years of experience including:
inbound and outbound,
knowledge of transfer pricing,
competent authority,
foreign tax credit,
subpart F,
tax planning,
tax compliance,
controversy,
cross-border issues,
APA,
Competent authority. - Demonstrated ability to develop a book of business.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Experience with multiple industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, project management and team building skills.
- Excellent client service skills.
