A prestigious multinational diversified manufacturer seeks a Head of Legal to support their business operations in China. This is a tremendous opportunity to join one of the most admired corporations in the world. The Head of Legal will manage a team of eight.
Job Requirements:
- J.D., 7+ years of general corporate and commercial experience with 3-6 years working at an international law firm or corporation.
- Knowledge of Chinese law, joint ventures and establishing legal entities.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Chinese and excellent English language skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Chemicals background is desired but not essential.
- Will consider candidates with a LLM with superior international experience.
