Job Description:
Our client seeks a Director of Transfer Pricing.
The Director of Transfer Pricing will implement and maintain transfer pricing policies and manage U.S. documentation process. Manage responses to IRS and other taxing authorities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
- JD, CPA or graduate degree in accounting, taxation or business highly desirable.
- 10+ years of tax experience with concentration in international tax and/or M&A.
- Experience in preparation and negotiation of ruling and advanced pricing agreement (APA) requests.
