Job Description:
Seeking a Director of International Tax for Mergers & Acquisitions.
Our client seeks a Director of International Tax for M&A to perform due diligence activity, formulate and implement tax-efficient structures, and support post-acquisition tax integration projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
- JD, CPA or graduate degree in accounting, taxation or business is highly desirable.
- 10+ years of tax experience with concentration in international tax and/or M&A.
