Job Description:
Exciting growth company within media framework seeks a local Financial Controller for their national organization.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position.
- Month-end close and preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Oversee accounting management.
- Oversee audit processes.
- Perform all the duties related to a Controller function.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with SEC reporting.
- Work experience in a media environment such as Cable TV, media, or TV/cable programming.
- Initiative and diligence.
- Public accounting is OK.
- BA/BS in Accounting or finance-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years accounting and management experience.
- Spanish language skills a definite plus.
