Job Description:
Chief Financial Officer sought by public industrial manufacturer to manage financial, accounting, treasury and investor relations and assist with next stages of growth.
Our client, a publicly traded manufacturer of industrial goods, seeks a Chief Financial Executive to manage financial, accounting, treasury and investor relations. As a key member of the management team, the CFO will have a key role in the company’s pursuit of growth, organically and by acquisition. The CFO will be responsible for handling all SEC and SOX compliance requirements. He or she will manage multi-location operations of manufacturing accounting, information technology, human resources and risk management. The CFO will also manage all aspects of investments, cash management, banking relationships, and share holder and investor relations’ communications.
Job Requirements:
- Must come from the manufacturing industry or have recent experience
- Must have CFO experience in a public company
- Must have all SEC Filings experience
- M&A experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years experience in CFO role of public corporation.
