Job Description:
Chief Risk Officer required to oversee all areas of risk management.
The CRO will be responsible for all risks including operational, legal, regulatory, technology and financial. He/she will define, measure and regularly assess the company’s enterprise risk management structure. Implement operational and financial risk management strategies and controls. Implement credit risk management policies, standards, controls, procedures and ensure credit risk reporting throughout the firm. Oversee and implement financial models for risk analysis, measurement, simulation and stress testing. Regularly assess capital markets for advantageous adjustments of Company’s risk management model. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in business, finance or economics.
- Ten plus years minimum experience in banking and asset finance with focus on small business lending.
- Experience should include management of liquidity, credit risk, operational risk and regulatory. Quantitative and statistical background.
- Strong competence financial modeling and building risk models.
- Previous management experience.
