Highly reputable, growing accounting firm seeks CPAs for Director and Senior Manager opportunities.

Candidates for the firm’s accounting and auditing practice will work be responsible for providing proper and accurate planning, testing and reporting; prepare financial statements and ensure that there are no material modifications in order for them to conform to generally accepted accounting principles; SEC reporting and compliance; business planning, projections, forecasts and budgeting; evaluate accounting systems and internal controls; document all findings; design review programs; conduct business valuations.
Job Requirements:
- CPA; minimum of 6+ years of public accounting audit experience in all phases of engagement.
- Financial reporting including preparations of financial statements, notes, schedules, management letters, tax returns.
- Skilled in identifying and resolving any accounting and auditing issues.
- Previous experience leading audits and managing staff.
- Excellent client interaction skills.
- Demonstrated business development acumen.
