An international law firm seeks a U.S. Securities/Corporate law partners. Exciting opportunities at premiere firms with expanding practices.
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional experience at top international law firms.
- 8+ years U.S. Securities, Corporate experience including securities, M & A, public and private offerings, private equity.
- Chinese language skills preferred but not required.
