Job Description:
Established Telecommunications firm seeks senior level Agent Manager.
Our client is an established leading provider of telecom services. They represent a broad range of voice and data transport providers and work with their agents to formulate solutions to meet specific customer needs. An attractive/competitive base salary, performance bonus and reoccurring carry forward based on experience and revenue generated. First year target is a 6 figure income with unlimited commissions growth from there.
Job Responsibilities:
- Call on and qualify prospective candidates to become agents.
- Provide training of agents on company offerings and solution marketing strategy.
- Educate agents regarding company process and procedures.
- Able to dialog with senior level decision makers (IT and “C” level management).
- Ability to understand the customers’ business applications and formulate solutions.
- Attend sales calls to qualify opportunities and present solutions.
- Able to configure domestic and international application solutions using company offerings.
- Provided the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain on-going customer relationships.
- Communicate with other operational company functions to ensure order is flowing smoothly.
- Troubleshoot problems as needed.
- Territory is global.
- Create an Agent base able to generate a minimum of $10k/month in reoccurring sales.
Job Requirements:
- College degree
- 3-5 years experience managing a channel
