A. E. Feldman Associates, Inc., established in 1967, is a woman-owned, second-generation executive search and consulting firm. We take pride in our four-decade history of excellence, and continue to adhere to our time-proven principles of information insight, and integrity as we serve Fortune 500 and industry-leading clients and the top-quality candidates they look for.

Carol Schwam, Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Schwam is the CEO of A.E. Feldman and managing partner of the firm. She has over a decade of executive search experience, and focuses on managing client relationships as well as conducting senior searches in the professional services, financial, communications and technology industries. Prior to joining A.E. Feldman, Ms. Schwam spent many years in the communications and media industries, including running her own media firm.

Mitchell Feldman, President

Mr. Feldman is the President of A.E. Feldman and managing partner of the firm. Mr. Feldman has more than a decade of executive search experience and focuses on managing the firm’s business development as well as conducting senior searches in the financial and technology industries. Prior to joining A.E. Feldman, Mr. Feldman founded two creative marketing firms specializing in telecommunications and consumer products. Mr. Feldman began his career in the television entertainment industry and later founded his own television syndication company. Considered a resource by the media on trends and forecasting in hiring and employment, Mr. Feldman has been interviewed and quoted numerous times.
